No surprise invoices. You get a written quote before we start, and that quote is what you pay unless you change the scope.
How jobs are priced
By the job. Most work, including driveways, pads, fence lines, and defined clearing areas, is quoted as a fixed price for the finished result.
By the acre. Larger mulching and clearing jobs are often priced per acre, based on brush density.
By the day. For open-ended work, or when you want a machine and operator for a set time, we can work on a day rate.
What affects the price
- Brush density and tree size. Scattered cedar mulches far faster than a solid wall of mature cedar.
- Terrain. Steep slopes, creeks, rock, and wet ground slow the work.
- Level of clearing. Mulched-in-place costs less than full clearing with stump removal.
- Material. Driveways and pads depend on how much rock or fill is needed and how far it has to travel.
- Access and travel distance.
Deposits and payment
Once you approve the quote, a deposit holds your spot on the schedule and can be paid online by card. The balance is due when the job is finished and you have walked it with us.
